4 page kit consist of deco box sheet, functional sheet, date covers, and headers/washi strips.
2 page kit consist of deco box sheet and functional sheet.
Functional Sheet (2), and Check List Boxes are sold separately.
Stickers are available in two paper options: Matte & Premium Matte.
